Abstract
Knowledge becomes a competitive resources in the knowledge era. Human capital in the organization need to be renewed and strengthened to become intangible firm- resources in the sense of uniqueness and rarity. The purpose of this study is to identify the individual knowledge-based activities that can support organization knowledge management in order to achieve the sustainability of the organization. The research methodology is correlational surveys using the Neuroresearch method and explanatory study. Research results shows that the most decisive indicator of knowledge management behaviour is knowledge-based learning.
