Abstract
The purpose of the research study is to determine the effect of organizational commitment and job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behaviour. This research is a correlational study where the samples are the Administration Division employees of SMK Negeri 1 SemendawaiSuku III. The methodology of this research is using a survey method and was analyzed through multiple regression analysis. The finding show that the job satisfaction variable has a positive and significant effect on the organizational citizenship behaviour variable, while the organizational commitment effect is not significant.
