Abstract

The development of information technology is currently growing rapidly so that the world looks increasingly narrow. Distance is not a significant problem with information technology. Applications in life are increasingly diverse so that it can be said that there are no more aspects of life that have not been touched by the development of this information technology, both at the individual, group, all types of organizations, country level, and even between countries, especially in universities. The beginnings of e-learning were introduced to the public (the scope of education, training, universities, and the industrial world). Not many people understood the benefits. As time goes by, e-learning can be accepted by the community, including universities or colleges. In higher education operations, the e-learning element is one of the things that can streamline the operating costs of tertiary institutions.
