Abstract
Frequently, decision makers face the challenge of selecting projects to be executed. Resources are not enough for funding all of them. In this challenge, they need the support of a tool or method, due to several criteria to be considered simultaneously. Multicriteria decision methods can provide a good support. However, as inherent to all estimation in projects, uncertainty must be addressed. This works proposes a method for incorporating uncertainty in project selection using ELECTRE II method and Monte Carlo simulation.
