meetings (C05). These two CCs were well classified
by the three criteria: they are amongst the most cited
in the literature, the ones that have the most
motivations for adoption, and the greatest
contribution to the success of software development
projects.
The contributions of this research allowed the
identification of the most effective CC for software
development projects in Brazilian companies.
Moreover, we identified a new CC (interactive
environment – C11) that contributes to project
success but has a high cost of implementation. This
can be a limiting factor for application in small to
medium-sized businesses.
Our project intends to analyze, as future work, the
use of digital CC in projects affected by mobility
restrictions of project members.
