Abstract
Expansion of technology has led to governments increasingly reconciling with advanced technologies like machine learning and artificial intelligence. Research has covered the ethical considerations of AI as well as legal and technical aspects of the operation of these systems within the framework of government. This research is an introduction to the topic in the Estonian context which uses a multidisciplinary inquiry based in the theoretical framework of technology adoption and getting citizens to use these services for their benefit. (Suggest that there are first results as well).
