Abstract

In the article the author focuses on analyzing “transformation”, socioeconomic breakthroughs in Vietnam for over 30 years of innovation (1986 - 2020). In the philosophical angle to make objective & specific reviews & assessments on the “historic” achievements in Vietnam’s socio-economy with 2 aspects: achievements and restriction. Thence, legitimate and scientific guidelines & viewpoints for socioeconomic development by the Communist Party, State, and Government of Vietnam have been further asserted. These are the scientific foundations for Vietnam to apply them to the sustainable social development in the context of strong impacts by the Industry 4.0; especially the great impact of the Covid-19 epidemic on Vietnam and the world.
