Abstract
Physical distancing and isolation measures used during COVID-19 have played a huge role in the development of e-commerce. The increase in the number of online purchases around the world is forcing all courier services to adapt to new delivery conditions. This article tells about a solution that can help to cope with the problem of the last mile in Russia.
