Abstract
The problems that have developed in the world in connection with COVID-19 have accelerated the transition to a more flexible and sustainable energy, taking into account the digitalization and intellectualization of the fuel and energy complex industries. The digitalization of the industry has proven the high reliability of work in the power industry in a pandemic, successfully debugging all remote business processes and eliminating risks of reducing efficiency, becoming a significant help for continuing to operate in a remote format.
