Abstract
At the present stage of social development, human activities are increasingly described in categories of occupational risk. The problem of occupational risks in workers’ (professionals’) activities, the social and psychological consequences of risks are increasingly looked into scientifically. Researchers focus on analysing the ways the external and internal (personal) factors affect the occurrence of occupational risks in the professionals’ activities. In the context of the coronavirus pandemic, this issue has gained particular importance due to the socio-psychological consequences it entails for service users and social workers, employees of social protection departments.
