Abstract

This study aimed to analyse eukaryotes in soil during the continuous cropping of lettuce. High-throughput sequencing technology was used to analyze the eukaryotes present in soil samples before and after crop planting, in order to provide data that will aid in alleviating the problems resulting from the continuous cropping of lettuce. The results showed that Trichocladium, Chlorosarcinopsis, Hindakia, Zea, Diploscapter and Tylenchorhynchus species were increased during continuous cropping. It indicates that the continuous cropping of lettuce affected the eukaryotic microbial community.
