Abstract
The global energy and power interconnection has great significance in achieving optimal allocation of global energy resources. To quantify the demand of long-distance transmissions in various areas, this paper proposes an assessing model for the competitiveness model of the global energy and power interconnection. This quantified model is established from the physical and mathematical levels, to fully reflect the complexity and difficulty of energy and power interconnection system, a new combination weighting approach consists both of fuzzy-logarithmic and anti-entropy methods is adopted, meanwhile fuzzy membership concept is introduced into overall evaluation for Belt and Road energy and power interconnection.
