Abstract

The growing interconnectedness of devices and systems presents a significant opportunity to develop solutions that leverage data from diverse sources. However, integrating data from these heterogeneous systems, which may use different protocols and paradigms, poses a considerable challenge. This paper proposes an innovative solution to address this challenge by introducing an algorithm that generates a GraphQL API management layer. This layer acts as a bridge between disparate systems, enabling seamless data integration and exchange. By leveraging GraphQL’s efficient data retrieval capabilities and a knowledge graph to define relationships between data elements, the algorithm automates the creation of a processing layer that simplifies the integration process. The proposed solution offers a promising approach to overcome the complexities of data integration, paving the way for more robust and adaptable data-driven applications.
