Abstract
The diplomatic intervention has become a tool in the lawsuit of state immunity, the study of the limits of diplomatic intervention is very necessary, excessive diplomatic intervention will bring about the damage to the interests of the individual, affecting the independence of the judiciary judgment as well as making China's international image damaged and other risks, China should set the limits of diplomatic intervention, and the limits of diplomatic intervention should be set. Excessive diplomatic intervention may bring risks such as damage to personal interests, independence of judicial judgment and China's international image, etc. China should set up a system of “three trials in one”, construct a hierarchical legal system and set up a risk assessment system to solve the above risks.
