The results shown show that the effect of the
highest work facility satisfaction on employee
performance has a value of up to 74% so that it
increases the performance of the company and the
achievement of targets towards company goals is less
than 30% fulfillment which shows the chance of
success in the overall organizational management of
the company.
4 CONCLUSIONS
In this study, it can be seen that employee work
performance has increased because of the facilities
provided by the company. The test results with Moora
show that a satisfaction level of 100% gets a result of
74%. This value shows the high influence of work
facilities on employee performance. Conversely, only
26% of employees who do not feel influential on the
facilities of the 100 percent of the overall value.
