Abstract
Service is the tip plus circulation for libraries in the service to the user. Because a portion of the circulation services are services most frequently used by library users and therefore the purpose of this study to determine the factors - factors encountered in conducting this circulation. This research using the technique of quantitative description of the approach, in which the author uses 130 respondents as the research object , to find the results of this study, the authors used multiple step involves distributing questionnaires, data analysis, report preparation, and drawing conclusions. Factors - factors that affect student UPN Veteran East Java to borrow library materials among others, to help students obtain information.
