Abstract
Usability is a key factor of website that is commercially successful. Interactivity has been linked to website usability. This research confirms that improving website interactivity promotes website usability. In addition, the extension of previous research such as usability sub construct such as learn ability, memorability, efficiency, user error and self-efficacy are validated to improve the body of knowledge particularly on e-commerce research.
