Abstract
This paper aims to propose and test a new method to implement dynamic bindings in LonWorks® technology, allowing a new Distributed System of Private Telephone Switching (DSPTS), also developed with LonWorks® technology, to make their telephone links. In order to do this, a method for developing embedded systems and the reactive agent view was applied for each different device in this new system, offering a unique, practical and innovative solution for both, LonWorks® and PBX systems. This view allowed the implementation of intelligent and autonomous devices, specially in their internal process, providing satisfactory and more efficient results based on the DSPTS requirements. This work is the kick-off and the basis for developing new functions for telephone systems and control networks.
