Abstract
There are no regency or city in East Java Province that have the developed and grew rapidly area category. Based on the analysis of such data, need for more attention to fiscal decentralization and inequality of education to see the success of economic development, not just look at the economic growth. The aim of this study is to analyze the effect of fiscal decentralization on education inequality among regency or city in East Java Province. Data analysis techniques used panel analysis method. The result showed that fiscal decentralization has negatively and significant effect on education inequality.
