Abstract
Palliative care is end of life care for the critical patients. Decision making for palliative care is so difficult because its depends on several aspects such as medical humanities, ethical and legality. Medical humanities aspects included a humanistic approach, cultural, religious and spirituality must be considered .Whereas ethics- legal aspects include ethical and legal consideration in decision making to end of life . This article discusses about decision making to palliative care in terminally illness of patient and hopeless.
