Abstract

TNI participation in fostering the development of education is not only limited formal education, but also non-formal education, through education and training in accordance with department and the needs of the military task itself. The goal is to know the process of implementation of mental health education and training which was held at the Army Pusdikkes Jakatarta. This research is based on qualitative research paradigms. Data collected through interviews and studies and document abservasi. The data collected were analyzed using SWOT analysis, which measures a success taking into account the strengths and weaknesses. The findings of the research show that the education of the army in the neighborhood Pusdikkes need to be improved, because it is very profitable SDM Army soldiers and also can be a source of insight knowledge.
