Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the relation ship between motivation and teaching methods on the performance of teachers in Raudhatul Athfal AZIZ AL East Jakarta Munjul Cpayung The research method used is survey method. Samples were selected by the use of saturated sample method, the entire population of some 47 teachers Raudhatul Athfal sekecamatan Cipayung research sample.
