Abstract
The paper deals with legal issues arising from the need to regulate Big Data. For the purpose of this study it is suggested that aspects of legal definition of Big Data should be considered, as well as its classification, and analysis of risks in the global experience of legal regulation of Big Data. The authors believe that in the context of onrush technology it is extremely important to strike the balance, protect sensitive data, and do not bar from technological development, taking into account socio-economic impact of Big Data technology. We stress, that it is more important to control the application of Big Data analysis, rather than the information itself used in data sets.
