Abstract
In this paper, we propose a solution implementing a self-sovereign approach to manage privacy consensus in a open domain. The idea is allowing the user to set her policies in a unique way, in such a way that she keeps the full control on her personal data. The goal is achieved by combining blockchain with Attribute-Based Encryption and Proxy Re-encryption. Blockchain is also used to implement the notarization of the critical actions to obtain accountability and non-repudiation.
