Abstract
This study aims to determine the dynamics of moral reasoning in adolescents who take part in the Islamic mentoring program at University X. This study used a qualitative case study approach involving three subjects who had been participated in mentoring program for more than one year. The data collected by using interview and observation. The Data coded by using thematic approach. The results shows moral reasoning of the subjects at the level of post-conventional at the stage of orientation of social contract legality and moral orientation with universal ethical principles. The moral reasoning of the subjects are formed from several factors, namely religious education at home and at school, mentoring curriculum, mentoring environment, exemplary and continuity of the mentoring program.
