Abstract
Endophytic fungi originating from areas affected by tidal water are microbes that are rich in natural bioactive products and secondary metabolites. The purpose of this study was to determine endophytic fungi that live in symbiosis with mangrove plants from Bruguiera gymnorrhiza species taken from the Sembilang National Park, South Sumatra. The research method in isolating symbiont mushrooms was carried out using the Direct Planting method with PDA (Potato Dextrose Agar) media. The results in this study indicate that there are three types of endophytic fungi, namely Aspergillus flavus, Penicillium sp., and Aspergillus niger.
