Abstract
This research aims to figure out the influence of the work environment variable on the influence of job satisfaction variable toward individual professional performance variables in comparison with non- professional performance. Theoretically, the work environment is one of the job satisfaction variable antecedents, but it is possible that the work environment serves as a moderator variable of job satisfaction and the individual performance variable relationship.
