Creating Patient Decision Aid Tools

Abstract

This paper reports on the creation of a web application that facilitates the development and implementation of patient decision aid tools. We propose a software prototype model that allows medical personnel to easily and rapidly create digital prototypes of patient decision aid tools independently on the medical condition. Our application can be used as an online framework and is being tested by healthcare professionals.
