Abstract

Cognitive mechanisms in management, aimed at the sustainable development of the company in accordance with modern economic trends are considered. The managerial position based on the personal cognitive construct used in the zone of successful actions is presented. The focuses of the applicability of the personal cognitive construct are highlighted. Zones of successful actions such as Processes, Projects and Products are considered a priority. Specific events of managerial reality for which the use of this construct would be most useful are described. The need to consider the cognitive aspects of the formation of the corporate culture of the organization is emphasized to ensure its development through the collective consciousness, the identification of values, attributes and a common knowledge system, rules that determine the appropriate way of the company to the sustainable development.
