Abstract

The study goal which consists in the need to analyze the factors of innovative development of investment and construction complex in the processes of Industry -4 is defined; the result on formation of digitalization models for investment and construction company based on the experience of spreading Industry-4 trends in Russia and foreign countries is achieved. The factors that contribute to sustainable development of the investment and construction complex as a socio-economic system are identified. It is concluded that the economic growth basis of the investment and construction complex are the processes of Industry-4, which absolutely ensure its sustainability through implementation of processes of investment and construction complex digitalization, ecology, innovation and location.
