Regional Dynamics of Self-employment Development in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia)

Abstract

The article presents the main indicators identifying the seed stage of self-employment development in the Yakutia. The study used summary and reporting data on the growth rate of small and medium-sized businesses in municipalities. Chronological observation of the changes occurring within the framework of the development of this business indicates that the heterogeneity of indicators for different administrative-territorial units contributes to the emergence of the self-employed category of the population. In addition, the article discusses the concept of self-employment and its status, which in the system of legislative regulation may have different approaches to interpretation based on event facts. However, the status of the self-employed is very vulnerable and imperfect, since the voluntary form of applying for professional income for taxation will become more difficult to control and monitor, since only theoretically described and characterized approaches that can be used to determine.
