Abstract

This article is devoted to the study of the essence of administrative and legal principles of digital transformation in the field of human rights protection in Ukraine. The main domestic legal acts adopted in recent years in the field of research and legal relations, within which there are features of human rights protection in the digitalization of society, analyzed their main problems and possible ways to solve them.
