Abstract

Web interaction is a complex process that involves a series of gestures, patterns and determining factors. The degree to which these factors influence the user experience in any of its facets (performance, satisfaction, etc.) is a critical aspect since it can mean the success or failure of a website. This influence can be measured through experiments and is an important area of research in Human-Computer Interaction. This paper presents a web tool designed to support this type of experiments, providing a semi-automated way to instrument web applications, collect the interaction data of the subjects and analyse it once the experiment is finished.
