Abstract

The article is devoted to the study of the issue of human capital in the railway sector. The history of the railway industry is considered in the framework of the study of human capital. The prospects of human capital development are studied on the example of modern students. The changes that are taking place in the railway industry with human capital at the present stage are analyzed.
