Abstract
Research on Human Resource Competency Model of logistics enterprises based on temporal ontology, a general temporal ontology model is constructed, and a temporal data representation method of human resources based on temporal ontology is proposed and applied to the prediction process. The temporal data representation method can show the time information in the data more carefully, and combined with SWRL rules, the accuracy of reasoning results is higher.
