Abstract

In order to comprehensively evaluate the explosive growth of e-learning platform in recent years, this paper constructs the evaluation system design and case capital budget of e-learning platform on the basis of extensive research, uses analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to construct the judgment matrix of evaluation index, determines the weight of each index, tests the consistency of the judgment matrix, and calculates the weight of secondary index. Based on this index system, an online learning platform in China is analyzed and evaluated. The results show that the evaluation system and method are effective.
