Abstract

Labour productivity in the construction industry is an important factor in measuring the development level of the construction industry. In order to better promote the development of the construction industry and to facilitate the improvement of labour productivity in the construction industry, the study takes the influencing factors of labour productivity in the construction industry as the object, defines the two dimensions of resource efficiency and process efficiency of labour productivity influencing factors from a lean perspective, and constructs the structure of "influencing factors - resource and process efficiency - labour productivity". A structural equation model of "influencing factors - resources, process efficiency - labour productivity" was constructed. The final results confirm the importance of resource efficiency and process efficiency in improving labour productivity, and suggest countermeasures based on the findings of the study.
