Abstract

In the recent studies a lot of attention is given to large scale organizations and how they underwent a variety of transformations during Covid times. However, the real challenge lied with resource scant small and midsized organizations and with the entrepreneurs responsible for taking decisions for their organization. It is a critical case focusing on the phenomenon of strategy formulation and implementation in context of covid by theoretically anchoring the 7 S model for implementation and highlighting the dynamic capability approach.
