Abstract

It is aimed at revealing the theoretical possibilities of training and selection of young athletes for rhythmic gymnastics, the methods of using modern technologies in training athletes for rhythmic gymnastics, the organization and conduct of gymnastics classes, as well as the actual problems of planning loads at the initial training stage.
