Drawing upon these insights, the article advocates for enhancements in the state's scientific and technological policy. By aligning with the findings, it proposes strategies to bolster the efficacy of such policies. Through this, it aims to foster an environment conducive to sustained scientific progress and technological innovation, ultimately driving economic growth and prosperity.
