Abstract

The acceptance of consumers regarding software products determines their success of technologies, making it a crucial topic in industrial research. In this context, the evaluation of User Experience (UX) can provide benefits in understanding for practitioners and researchers before the launch of products in the market. The literature encompasses works that focus on the assessment of UX for various software products, emphasizing the importance of clearly evaluating UX characteristics for those involved in a project. This paper presents a feasibility study with the participation of 25 practitioners engaged in the evaluation of UX for mobile devices, analyzing UX problems concerning different UX factors presented in the literature. The application of these factors was deemed easy and useful in understanding the quality of mobile devices before their market release. The study aims to contribute to practitioners and researchers involved in the assessment of UX for mobile devices, addressing different perspectives on product quality.
