Abstract
Enhancing the detection of brain tumors in Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) represents a critical frontier in medical imaging and neuro-oncology. This paper introduces an innovative approach that leverages Explainable Artificial Intelligence (XAI) techniques and fusion models to significantly improve the accuracy and interpretability of brain tumor detection. This paper proposes a novel framework integrating deep learning models and fusion strategies for enhanced feature extraction from multiple MRI sequences, as detailed in subsequent sections. By employing XAI methodologies, the approach presented in this paper not only enhances detection performance but also provides meaningful explanations for its predictions, thereby increasing the trustworthiness of automated diagnosis.
