Abstract

The integration of emotionally intelligent artificial intelligence into neuromarketing promises to revolutionize the way organizations interact with consumers. This research, based on a survey of 510 marketers and 708 consumers, reveals the complex picture of perceptions and expectations regarding this new technology. Although the potential benefits are significant, ethical dilemmas present a major challenge. The report analyzes the current state of the art of the latest developments in marketing and neuromarketing and thereby contributes to the development of marketing knowledge. At the same time, the authors offer guidelines for developing ethical frameworks for the use of emotionally intelligent artificial intelligence.
