Abstract

Ensuring compliance with animal production certification requirements is often a complex and time-consuming task. This paper presents a domain-specific chatbot designed to assist users in requesting certifications within the PDSA-RS framework. By leveraging Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and large language models (LLMs), the proposed system retrieves relevant information from specialized documents and generates accurate, context-driven responses to user queries. The chatbot’s performance was evaluated on two Brazilian certification platforms, demonstrating its potential to streamline certification requests, reduce errors, and enhance user experience.
